Mr. Kenneth F. Wille, CEO: Professional Engineer licensed in NY, CT & MD, Building Performance Analyst, LEED AP, Certified Energy Manager, and Green Building Engineer with the Association of Energy Engineers. Mr. Wille was involved in developing HUD Green Mark to Market requirements and qualifications following participation in HUD Green Retrofit Program. A seasoned construction consultant with over 4,000 construction loan monitoring inspections, 500+ Property Needs Assessments and 100+ energy audits under his utility belt.

Mr. Kenneth O. Wille is a principal and founder of KOW Building Consultants, which was founded in 1978 as Kenneth O. Wille and Associates. Originally, Mr. Wille worked as a design electrical and mechanical engineer, and after seven years in the engineering design field, he made the move to the Construction Consulting field. Mr. Wille started his own company five years after working for a private firm. Mr. Wille received Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees. He has continued his academic training by taking additional engineering courses and professional seminars. Mr. Wille is a licensed professional engineer in the States of New York and New Jersey. His New York Professional Engineering License Number is 054770 and his New Jersey Professional Engineering License Number is 20892.

Mr. Kevin Wille holds a B.S. in Business & Economics from SUNY College at Oneonta and a Certificate in Construction Project Management from New York University. Mr. Wille oversees Business Development and Marketing and runs the day-to-day operations at KOW and has contributed to and participated in conducting 250+ Property Needs Assessments, 50+ IPNAs (Integrated Physical Needs Assessments), and 300+ construction loan monitoring inspections. Prior to KOW, Mr. Wille has 20 years of experience in management, business development, marketing, data analysis, and project management.
