Help Shape How We Report in 2025

As the construction landscape continues to shift, we want to ensure our reporting evolves with it. Between rising material costs, tariff-driven volatility, and increasing lender scrutiny, 2025 is shaping up to be another pivotal year for construction financing.

We’re reaching out to our lending partners to better understand the pressures you're seeing in the field — and how KOW can adjust our reports to highlight what matters most. Whether it's cost escalation clauses, procurement risks, or shifting borrower behavior, your input will directly inform how we approach Site Observation Reports and Plan and Cost Reviews moving forward.

This short survey (5–7 minutes) is your chance to tell us:

  • What risks are most top-of-mind for your team?

  • Where you're seeing the biggest slowdowns or budget impacts

  • What you'd like to see more (or less) of in our reporting

We’ll share a summary of the results with all participants, and your insights will help us better support your portfolio in 2025 and beyond.

If you have any questions, please email Lucasg@kowbc.com
